Our wide range of training courses will assist you in building soft skills and consolidating hard skills. The training courses, workshops and coaching sessions are run by experienced colleagues and first-class experts. The PEC Academy also allows you to obtain external certification – an option that more than half of all PEC employees already make regular use of.

Personalized Training for Every Career Stage

Our training program takes your individual level of knowledge and experience into account. We have developed a three-stage training model to support our colleagues according to their level of expertise. This is made up of the pillars Basic, Advanced and Specialist:

Basic

As the name suggests, the basic training courses, which are usually held by one of your PEC colleagues, primarily serve to teach the basics. The advanced training courses bolster both your technical expertise and your consulting skills in various areas.

Advanced

As soon as you meet the requirements of the respective training course, you may also take part in training courses in the Advanced pillar. These build in part on the basic training courses from the Basic pillar. The advanced training courses, which are often run by external experts, focus on further input. Advanced training courses also give you the opportunity to obtain external certification.

Specialist

In addition to methodological tools and professional expertise, the focus at Specialist level is primarily on your personal development. This includes, for example, the strategic expansion of your sales and leadership skills. Be it further training or attending a specialist forum, whatever assists you in your further development can be implemented in consultation with the training teams and management.

Basic
